Resource consumption depends, first of all, not on what your site is made on, but on how it is made.
Without load testing, no one will be able to at least predict how many resources you will need for your particular site. And even with him it will be a guess, because. the load will, often not very predictably, change depending on the amount of content, for example, or on which sections users will visit more...
It is quite possible to start with some virtual machine with a couple of cores, and a couple of gigs of RAM. And then scale it up as needed, or move to a dedicated server if the load really grows a lot, and the corresponding virtual machine will be more expensive in terms of resources.
