I want to deal with VLAN on Mikrotik, but something does not come to understanding?

Colleagues, good afternoon.
I'm trying to deal with VLAN on Mikrotik, but something doesn't work. What is there in theory and practice, in relation to devices from another manufacturer? Understanding what a VLAN is, what an access port is, what a trunk port is. But how it works on Mikrotik is beyond my understanding.
Example 1:
There is a network core, for example RB2011. Connected to it, for example RDP951. One network, connected by cable, no tunnels or anything else, everything is classic.
We have networks:
VLAN10 - 192.168.10.0/24 - management network
VLAN20 - 192.168.20.0/24 - server network
VLAN30 - 192.168.30.0/24 - department A network
VLAN40 - 192.168.40.0/24 - department B network
VLAN50 - 192.168.50.0 /24 - department C network
What should be done on RB2011? Get all these networks, VLANs, hang the 1st network addresses on these VLANs.
Further, these VLANs need to be given to RB951 devices. In theory, VLANs should come to end users and devices both tagged and not tagged. It is clear that users of departments are given access ports (unless otherwise specified), for example, tagged ports can also be given to servers. I made a schematic for clarity.

But this is all in theory. Then comes the most interesting thing - setting it all up in Mikrotik. And then I got up and I do not understand how it works there.
As I understand it:
VLAN created on the port = tagged port
VLAN + Bridge + Port = access port
Several VLANs on the port = trunk port
But then I swam ....
I would appreciate any help! Thank you!

This information will be just behind your eyes, I myself once had an approximate scheme (I didn’t delve into the details of yours), but all this remained in my last work.
In short, you need to create all the Wealans on the core, and on the access level hardware you need, then you need to specify on the port which Wealans it serves, my traffic from all Wealans arrived on 1 port, since 2011 was the core, and as the access level and the distributions were CRS125-24G-1S-RM there I picked up the weelan on the poppies, since all the ports were involved, I had 2 of them, and at the end points in the cabinets 1 wire could come from it and scatter over the Des-1016 machines for example... therefore on ports I could not make a binding to wealans.
That's actually all.

Mikrotik has two options to work with VLAN on the switch chip and on the processor. When L3 is needed, they use a processor, when only L2 is needed, they take CRS models and configure it on a chip
