Choosing an SSD, how many IOPS do you need?

Please tell me if there is a big difference between 25000 IOPS and 88000 IOPS, how much will it affect performance?
And here are two SSDs to choose from, how much better is one from the other, and is it worth overpaying 1000 RUB? )

In domestic use, there is no difference. Although personally I would choose Crucial or Intel, they are more reliable
IOPS - these are in fact "parrots", the more the better

Actually, this is the main parameter reflecting performance.
how much will it affect performance?
It depends on the tasks, it may not affect at all, it may be very strong.
