How to set up the fastest and most stable combination of SSD + RAM disk?
We need a super-fast server on Windows, according to the characteristics we select from 32gb + ram, 100mbit + inet, 24/7 unlim kvm, SSD (raid?). I would like to achieve maximum performance when working with the disk subsystem - The ideal option, as I see it, is working with ramdisk and constant background backups on ssd (or a lot of ssd, raid, what else?) - I would like to hear your thoughts on this issue in general, so and possible solutions and implementation - can anyone come across?
Well, ideally - where to rent a very bold dedicated with a quick installation (12h max) and, preferably, without an installation fee + payment not with cards but with WM. Many thanks to all who responded!

32+ RAM - immediately forgot sockets 1155 and 1150, they have a ceiling of 32, and looked at 2011 with 8 memory slots. And also look in the direction of RCI-E SSDs, they are quite fast. Fencing a vegetable garden from a RAM disk and an SSD is a crutch for a bicycle with square wheels. The solution must be built from the problem. But the task is not clear.
