Windows 7 BSOD memory management - why?

Buy ssd. I installed a hackintosh and Windows 7 on it. Before that, there was a regular HDD with Windows.
And it started to crash only on Windows. It doesn't matter which disk I boot Windows from. What with ssd, what with hdd crashes the same way for 10 minutes. I took it out in turn, it did not help. Any ideas?

Check the RAM with the Viktoria utility, preferably from a live-cd/usb. Most likely some kind of bar is buggy.
