When changing the screen resolution soap?

I have a monitor at 1366x768, I stupidly set the resolution to 1920x1080, then I returned it to my native one, now I have soap instead of a clear picture. And when I remove firewood from the video card, everything becomes clear, as I pump soap back. I do not know what to do.
UPD: I set it to 1920x1080, there is no soap.
