Choosing a table lamp?

My table lamp has died and I'm looking for a replacement. Maybe someone has in mind a lamp that meets the following criteria:
1. The leg should be quite high, because. I install it over a 27 inch monitor.
2. Preferably LED, because my last luminescent blinker (maybe it's a matter of voltage, contacts or something else, but I think that LEDs are devoid of this drawback).
3. You can buy in any online store, I will not disdain buying in the USA through intermediaries, the main thing is that you do not have to drive around the city in search of this model.
The stand of the current lamp suits me completely, it looks like this:

I have one (http://www.ikea.com/ru/ru/catalog/products/00231345/) only white. Very nice soft light. Sets up to work. Lamps burn out every three years. =) (although I don't really move it)

It seems to me that cheap ice also blinks, although taking into account the fact that all ices are still expensive, many blink. Better than a good old incandescent lamp. Or you can put a rectifier and take a DC lamp.
