Attendance system

I've looked at various online time tracking systems, and I need a specific feature:
Let's say I work 20 hours a week by appointment. I am given urgent tasks that may or may not be within those 20 hours.

We need a service that will allow you to see the hours of processing (or shortcomings) and let's say it will allow me to note that this week I was paid for processing in excess of the agreements and these hours will be written off.

Now I use spreadsheet in google.docs for this, I was interested in whether there is a similar online solution (including paid \ shareware)

Zhira (http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/), but it is very paid =) although there seems to be a home license there. Try mantis (http://www.mantisbt.org/), it sort of allows you to specify the time of work and then see what and how.

I traditionally recommend www.fengoffice.com/web/ - there is a free version to install on your server.
Entry / non-entry can be done based on two workspaces for example. Moreover, it is possible to transfer tasks back and forth after the fact.

We somehow used the SPO system . It is certainly not as fancy as Jira, but maybe you don’t need it :-)

Jira is not needed - it's more of a bug tracking system, just like mantis.
I use redmine for myself (I really like the ability to build diagrams)

+1 to toggle
and there is also megaplan.ru
here, probably you need to decide in which direction you need to deepen, according to your requirements, I didn’t really understand, to be honest.
toggle is a time tracking
megaplan is a taxi manager
maybe you need a CRM at all?

And why not expand the functionality of the Google Spreadsheet you already use with scripts
