How to force timeline mode for a Facebook profile?

Officially, the power button should be on the page www.facebook.com/about/timeline. But not for everyone it is displayed there. At one time, I set myself a Timeline, using the “hack” voiced on the network, which I have now forgotten about. And I can't find this post.
