The situation is as follows:
Macbook Air, MacOS 10.10 Yosemite, Safari, Chrome, Opera browsers.

The log says "Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CACHE_MISS".
Disabled all modules, cleared all browser caches, and reinstalled Chrome as an experiment.
The effect is zero.
