Choosing a ssd for the server?

Good afternoon! I select disks for replacement in servers, I ran into a shortage. Now there are Intel disks for 240 and 480 for 1.6 PTB of the resource. I would like to know if it is possible to install terabyte ssd with dwpd 0.3 instead. despite the fact that the neighboring disk in the mirror will be 240/480, now I have 80 and 160 (with a margin) GB per day will be written off on the disks. Will it work like 960*0.3 or in raid it will be like 480*0.3.
