How to check SSD disk status in Debian?

I / O disk error errors constantly appear in the application console, and there are suspicions that there are problems with the SSD. How can you check? Debian OS, managed via SSH. Worth 4 500GB SSD in RAID-10

If the raid is hardware, then use its diagnostic tools :
https://wiki.debian.org/LinuxRaidForAdmins
hwraid.le-vert.net via liveCD or single-user mode
fsck

There is a fsck program - it checks file systems for problems and fixes them. To eliminate fs should not be mounted for writing, that is, check on a properly loaded linux so the root partitions will not work. That is, it is necessary to boot not into this OS (from CD / DVD, flash drives) and already mount and check from it. Can also search for broken blocks.
There is a badblocks program - it checks the disk for bad blocks.
There is a smartmontools program - it uses disk self-test technology (SMART) and shows its results.
