Choosing a PL for a GUI program with a bunch of couchbase?

Hello everyone. There was a need to write a small GUI application with a database. The application will use visual tables. You need a convenient tool for displaying, editing and processing them.
At first I chose JavaFX with the NetBeans environment, but the user's work with tables is not implemented in any way. There are no tools other than how to add a table to the form.
The application is not web.
