Because it has its counterpart in the name of the lower-level menu ("Feed - Posts"). The double has the meaning “All posts in a day, no questions and answers”, and the “Posts” section has the meaning “Best posts” (per day, week, etc.). Therefore, it is quite logical to call them "Bests" "The Best". Or, given the craving for everything foreign (Hubs, Q & A) - "Hits" or "Tops".
