A laptop is what YOU work with.
Go to the store, touch, feel, try on the keyboard, on the weight.
No one on the toaster knows whether you need to wear it every day or once a month, whether you need a 13" or 17", with or without a case, with or without a numeric keypad. You didn't even specify your own requirements.
Both laptops you choose are exactly the same in terms of specifications. Therefore, go to the store and try on which one you personally like best in appearance and on the keyboard.
To study, you need compactness, a bright screen (ips), a comfortable keyboard, download speed (you need ssd).
I advise xiaomi notebook 12.5 (unless, of course, the price of 30k suits)
Buy the cheapest Lenovo ThinkPad. There is: A comfortable keyboard (which is important for studying), very light, if it falls somewhere from the level of a desk, it will not break into rubbish, for films, TV shows and other not very demanding student joy will do.
