Choosing a Home Router for Multicast TV

Good afternoon,

The situation is this:
The parents at home have a D-Link DIR-615, C2, the latest off-firmware.
There is a TV set-top box Eltex STB NV-100.
Connected TV from the local Pirs TV, broadcasting via multicast.

Actually, before connecting this TV, the performance was long enough, but now at the moments when it is broadcasting, it starts to lose the network, give WiFi uncertainly, etc.

Recommend a router\router\... to solve this problem.
I see 2 options:
1) some cool WiFi router that will “take out” the load from multicast
2) some Ethernet router that will steer the WAN-> set-top box + dlink, and then the dlink will calmly distribute itself “as before” ".

Naturally, I want a more budget-friendly solution.

And on the topic - it has been checked many times - for one set-top box, the usual D-Link DIR-320 is definitely enough (but OLD, NOT NRU !!!), there the LAN port is selected in the settings, where the multicast will fall - for example LAN2. That's all. You can also select two at once (if there are two set-top boxes in the apartment), but only LAN3 and LAN4.

What is the budget anyway? He is different for everyone. At least the price range?
For example, to replace your horse -> Asus RT-N66U .
Dope Pobol , looks great, Mom should like it.
As for the second option, then you need to know the ceiling, otherwise this can be advised ...

I have had an Asus RT-N65U for half a year now. Great device. At home there are several computers, Smart TV. So you can safely watch FullHD 3D movies from a NAS or from another computer (PLEX) via Wi-Fi, while the torrent downloads a new movie in full force, on other computers you can play MMORPG or surf, and everyone has enough!!! In general, I have not yet been able to find its upper bar. :) At the same time, it has a very nice interface, everything is in place. Semi-automatic firmware update (the last one was a month ago and added new features (such as a Yota modem) and fixed bugs). A small drawback: with a heavy load at 5Hz, the Wi-Fi router starts to make a low noise (whistling). And no DD-Wrt needed! I advise! Asus RT-N65U

By the way, look here for a reasonable price.
Keenetic II
or
Ultra (the best of the family)
