Choosing a Dell XSP vs MacBook pro laptop?

Good day,
Actually, the question arose of buying a new laptop for FED (WebStorm) and PHP (PHPStorm) development and sometimes IIS + Visual Studio as an API.
The choice arose between DELL XPS and Macbook Pro Late 2016, I am considering options 13 "and 15".
I have been working with Windows 10 for a long time (since the XP version) and I am very pleased, for several years of work I have filed a bunch of crutches (CLI for FED, Docker, GIT, Putty SSH, PHP CS, and a bunch of other things).
I use Debian and Ubuntu all the time as additional Linux operating systems.
Pluses of Dell in new iron and Windows which does not demand accustoming.
MS is also actively developing Ubuntu bash, which may replace some of the crutches.
The advantages of MBP are that it is Unix and all my crutches work natively.
The minus of the MBP in the 13" version is only Dual Core.
The minus of the 15" is the weight (in both cases, about 1.8kg).
The level of iron does not really interest me, because. I do not deal with complex processes and do not load the CPU. And the price too, because. they have practically the same price (taking into account the fact that in a couple of years the MacBook can be sold more expensive and get the difference in price).
Actually questions for you to advise
1. Stay on Windows or switch to OS X?
2. Does IIS work natively on Mac (Parallels)?
3. Is 13" Dual Core (i7) sufficient for normal developer work or is it better to take 15"?
Maybe I missed something, I will be glad to any advice.

Try a Mac - in a couple of months there will be no questions about what to choose :)
Regarding 13 vs 15 - take 13, if performance does not solve it, and if you need speed, then take 15.

Choose OS first.
What is more convenient for you to work with? OSX? Then poppy. Else Dell.
I don’t like OS X, and MacBooks are like powerful laptops on Windows, but the hardware in them is very weak. It's a matter of taste and personal needs.

Fuck you iis if there is a mamb? All those crutches that you listed are available in makosi almost from under the box. I'm not a fan of the apple (and I work under win10), but multiple experience speaks in favor of the firmware in development.

I would take a poppy. there are no problems with unix in it, the same terminal is available by default, there were no problems with iis there, everything depends on the curvature of the adjuster's hands, but be prepared to spend money on licensed software, the faster the better, but with 15 inches you don't run
