Choice of WiFi equipment supporting 802.11k/v (seamless roaming)?

Friends, there is a task to provide a small warehouse with a stable WIFI connection, with "seamless" switching between points with support for 802.11k / v . As far as I understand, Mikrotik using "Capsman" 802.11k / v does not know how, as I understand it, there is a client disconnect to reduce the signal below a given threshold level. There is an EAP225-Outdoor + option from TP-Link plus a soft or hardware controller. About Rukus, Cisco, I do not stutter, because the budget there is beyond the available. UniFi is also not an option, as I understand it, there is a principle of operation like that of Mikrotik.
