Cheap Windows tablet please?

Although, of course, it is also possible on Ubuntu ... :)
The subject is looking for working with OpenBravo - free software for organizing a small store, roughly speaking, an analogue of 1C, only for free.
Softina has an interface tailored for a touchscreen, and the specifics of the place of intended use implies the movement of the seller on the territory of 10 acres.
Accordingly, according to the plan, the tablet should travel with it, clinging to the network via WIFI.
In Yandes.Market, for example, I was not banned, but I want real advice from real users. I repeat, we need a budget device, albeit not very fast, but reliable.
Thanks in advance for your comments.

The ViewSonic ViewPad 10 is a nauseating thing. Thick, hot, lame touch, Atom. If possible, I recommend waiting a bit: with Win8, a stream of Win8 tablets with good, suitable characteristics will pour into the market. Then you can not only use your special software, but also work comfortably with the device at home on the couch.
MS handed out Samsung tablets with Win8 beta at some conference a couple of months ago - it was a good device, but I won’t tell you its exact name. i5, thin, good touch - what else do you need?

I have been a user of 3Q TN1002T for almost a year (I bought it before the last new year), everything is quite good - the battery lasts for 6 hours, there are built-in 3G / Bluetooth (in case of loss of WiFi), the eighth Windows runs pretty fast. Production - Russia, by the way :)

Win8 RT that comes out on 26.10 won't let you run regular desktop software on w8 tablets (ARM)
so wait for Core I tablets? (like January-February 2013), where there will be a full-fledged W8 Pro with the ability to run regular desktop software.
There are already a bunch of tablets on Win7, try to look at the Yandex market, touch them with your hands, maybe you will like something

I have an Acer Iconia Tab W500 with a C60 processor.
You should not expect great performance from it, although it is not intended for this.
Hours 5-6 HD video plays.
As a more portable laptop replacement, it's fine.

A computer / laptop + WiFi + (Android + RDP Client)? They are all screw and heavy and do not pull the battery for a long time. And yes, there really is no choice.

the number of cheap links in the chain reduces fault tolerance)
but I also thought about this option
