Changing language and CNC to Nuxt.js while maintaining page state?

Used by Nuxt.js
Added localization via the plugin https://nuxtjs.org/examples/i18n (essentially implemented as in the example)
Essence: we change the language, the page URL changes, for competent SEO
BUT the page state is reset.
Is it possible to save state when changing language with URL change?
