Didn't find a ready solution. I will probably do it through an arbitrary Doctrine type, which will essentially be a Value Object runtime with en and ru language fields and internal validation, and when saved to the database, serialize to json {"en": "Test", "ru": " Test"} and vice versa.

Libraries - don't worry. There is enough pure JS and a pinch of GLSL. I recommend reading my Introduction to Shader Programming for layout designers , there is a similar example (if the pictures are not loading, you can turn on the VPN, there is something wrong with them sometimes, you can see the machinations of Roskomnadzor fixes). And Yuri Artyukh did this effect directly on one of the streams .
