Tell me how to properly organize localization into several languages ​​​​of the chrome extension, for example, for each language, a folder is created inside _locales corresponding to the language identifier. For Russian ru, for English en and so on. How, for example, is this description page translated or can it be written in Russian, and the store itself translates depending on the user's language, because for some reason the inscriptions on the pictures are in English in any language version
