Changes in the law 152 fz. It is not clear what to do if the site is b2b?

I read tilda.education/articles-personal-data-law
It's not clear what to do if the company's website is designed for the b2b segment? A feedback form, a personal account, set cookies from the site itself and from the counters are present. Data for access to the personal account is generated in the company's information system (there is no "register" button).

Well, write it in the agreement - that you are functioning on the basis of concluded agreements, do not store or process personal data, consider any access outside the concluded agreements as unauthorized.

This is all true for B2B, even in your case. Use https://152.kontur.ru/
