Can you give advice on your first it job?
He quit his current job in a different profile, got a job as a back-end developer in a small office that has several of its own projects and outsourcing, in Java and Go (of course, there was a whole quest to get a job without experience). At first they promise to mentor. Actually, what is the next road map and goals? How to behave in order to show well in this company, how to further develop as a specialist?

For the first half of the year, I personally worked non-stop, always showed interest, in the evenings I additionally studied information. Work for food already and on enthusiasm.
But after a year or two, these skills, in conjunction with practice, will fully pay for themselves.
