Can Ventoy be installed on the system drive?

To test different OS and restore the OS, I use Ventoy on a usb flash drive. Can I somehow manually install Ventoy on the system (ssd) drive? The first EFI partition has refind, grub and Windows bootloader installed. Tried to copy Ventoy from usb stick and load it with refind. But only grub is loaded.
PS: I can't use a virtual machine because there is no hardware virtualization.
