There is no such processor (A10 4655) and judging by the frequencies and built-in video, this is the A10 4655m mobile processor. Judging by its characteristics, any i3, and even an old quad, will be better than it. The A10 4655m also does not support dd4, which is also an interesting question. In my opinion, having such a budget, it is better to look for used ones, almost any offer will be better than the old AMD with a frequency of 2000 MHz.
