Can there be unpleasant consequences if I import news from someone else's site to my own?

I decided to import articles from local online media to my site using rss-bridge. Of course, links to source materials are in each article. But then I thought: Internet media mainly earn money by showing ads (banners, etc.) on their sites, and if their articles are on my site, they lose profit, because. they are not on my site at all, including on imported articles. Can they sue me and/or claim damages or lost income?

In most cases, the media allow copying articles with a link to the source, usually it is even written somewhere on the page. But in general, the published text is subject to copyright and, if desired, if the media website does not explicitly state that copying is allowed, you can be sued. I'm not sure about current judicial practice, but, as far as I remember, a fine of 10 thousand rubles was previously imposed. for each case of copying, respectively, for each article.

To protect yourself legally, you need an agreement with representatives of this media.
The license on the site may be, but tomorrow it may no longer be. The temptation to cut down easy money from you for reposting will be until there is an agreement.

If the license allows (for example, with a link to the source), then everything is OK.
If it does not allow, then it's not OK - everything is simple.
