Do you send passport photo to Registrar/Hosting provider?

Hello.
Are you submitting your information? For example, the Registrar / Hosting provider asks for a passport photo / photocopy (of one main page). To transfer a domain / change phone / passport data in your account.
(I think everyone has heard the stories that you can easily get a loan just with a passport photo)
PS Suppose you have been working with this Hosting Provider and/or Registrar for a long time.

Yes, they also told money on the bench and saw it on NTV in the series.
True, in real life this does not happen and not a single bank employee will go to a criminal article, but it’s still scary.
On topic - yes, sent. Brother is alive.

As the author above pointed out, make a watermark and don't worry.
