Hello.
The client does not want paypal and pioneer, he wants IBAN, invoice and everything is as it should be, they have some kind of reporting there. Will I be able to receive money to an individual's account from a foreign company without unnecessary paperwork and questions? (I understand that along with the transfer, a notification will come that this is a business transaction). Ukrainian bank, amount up to a thousand dollars.

Ukraine is not Europe , and therefore, is not included in the single SEPA space.
IBAN in Ukraine is a regular SWIFT, an international interbank transfer according to details with all the consequences.
Try Payoneer's virtual German IBAN . They do just that well. It is very profitable for European senders (within Europe, using the SEPA system from IBAN to IBAN, there is a very low commission).
