How is JSS considered on UpWork for old projects?

UpWork completed 4 projects successfully in 2015.
back now and MyStat is zero :
At the same time, UpWork says
t's important to note that any movement in this score (either up or down) reflects both recent activity and activity over a longer period of time (up to 24 months) .
Should I write to support or am I missing something on displaying old projects?

zhs is considered for projects of a maximum of one year old age, that is, only for projects in 2016.
