Can't withdraw money from Upwork: what to do?

Good afternoon.
Sorry if this is a noob question, but I can't figure it out.
The bottom line: on the account in Upwork are money for the work. Yesterday I attached a Payoneer card there (it was activated, I got a pin code), the payment was supposed to be today - the 3rd.
As a result, the payment did not occur, next to the payoneer withdrawal options is "Inactive".
I don't understand where I missed it. Tell me please.
upd: I contacted the support service, everything turned out to be trivial. I even decided to write here, suddenly someone will come in handy. If the output is inactive, then check Tax Information in Settings. For some reason, my Legal name was empty. Therefore, everything was inactive + (as they said in the comments) there will still be a hold for 3 days.
