The best multisite implementation will be built this way:
mainsite.com
mainsite.com/first-name
mainsite.com/second-name
On each site, you can edit from admin panel
There is an option to implement as a subdomain
For example,
your -main-site.com
sub-domain.your-site.com
After setting up the multisite I will install all the necessary plugins for you

I have Wordpress Website in localhost and need to Upload in domain server.

I can upload site in server site immediately, it takes me about 1 hour. I need a database, files, and access on the server.
