How to talk to a client about technical details?
Is it possible to somehow pull information about the project, other than constantly rewriting the code and trying to guess what the client meant there?
I understand that it’s hard for an ordinary person to imagine how a computer works, but as a proger it’s absolutely not cool for me to babysit every person like in a manger.
Take extra. a fee for each jamb on the part of the client is somehow cruel, and in 99.9% of cases this leads to conflicts and other things.
Maybe I'm looking at the situation from the wrong side? Who has been freelancing for a long time, how do you cope with this?

The ability to communicate with clients and translate from a "client" language into a technical one is one of the competitive advantages in freelancing. As well as the skills of presenting and selling their services.
Either you need to develop them, or work in a team with those who have them. Both ways are quite effective.
