Freelancer work algorithm (web-development) for IP?
Good day. Essence of the question: I work as a freelancer (CRM, ERP systems for small and medium-sized businesses), a client base slowly began to emerge. In this regard, I decided to issue an IP under the simplified tax system 6% (several clients on subscription services). Now the question itself: when working on white paper, how does an IT specialist conduct business?
If the customer is a legal entity, is it necessary to conclude an agreement for each transaction (web development, revision)? And if necessary, how to be, let's say: the customer in Novosibirsk, I'm in Volgograd? Draw up contracts, sign your side and send by mail so that he signs and sends back? Or can it be done electronically? Or you can stupidly send the details of the current account based on the results of the work and receive money, one figure 6% of the total income (that is, from all the money that goes to the current account). In general, I am interested in the whole mechanism of the work of IP, taking into account IT specialization.

Roman above already answered pretty well. I'll add my experience.
- the contract and invoices do not have to be signed in the original. You can exchange scans of signatures, and state in the contract that electronic copies are equal to the original. The same for accounts.
- in the invoices write "Payment of the invoice means that the customer has no complaints about the work performed"
- some companies work according to the Invoice-Payment-Act scheme. Those. you issue an invoice, you are paid for it, upon receipt of money you also issue an act.
Be sure to check if a patent for software development is available in your region (search for the keyword "computer"). It can significantly reduce or even nullify your STS taxes. The main thing is that it should be clear from the text of contracts / invoices / acts of work that this is software development or something like that.
Hire an accountant, discover the existence of electronic document management, which was made in Russia ten years ago, if not earlier, he generated a contract in five seconds at the customer’s, they snapped an electronic signature, it’s all done, it’s a matter of a minute
