Advise sites where you can take orders and make (in my case, I can write sites), it is desirable that this site be free, otherwise there are too many sites where you need to buy a subscription to take orders

Kwork is a relatively good option. At least a year ago it was definitely free.
UPD: only the commission for work there is rather big. Also, read the rules carefully. My account was deleted simply for communicating with the customer outside of Kwork
