Can specific wifi clients set a proxy?

There is a task to proxy traffic on a certain number of android devices. I would like to understand if there is such an opportunity in modern routers / routers?

Yes, I have. http traff if transparent proxy, http\https if not transparent.
Make them a separate pool of addresses - and proxy
Home routers don't have this feature!!!
It is better to use a separate machine (virtual machine) with squid

If only http traffic, then Mikrotik is also possible.
If you need https, then the checkpoint, fortigate, paloalto hardware will do, you can buy a BU on ebay.
Or software solutions like pfsence (squid), sophos(home), kerio, etc.

The router actually does just that. Select the necessary clients in a separate group and wrap traffic from them where you need.
