Can Roskomnadzor block third-level domain appspot.com?

It is clear that the RKN can block appspot.com as a whole, but can it block a separate third-level domain on this domain?

Usually they don't bother with it, they just block the entire IP and they don't give a damn about what and where and how and why.
In theory, we in Russia have long since implemented DIP, therefore they could be limited to individual links, not to mention third-level domains ... But I repeat, they showed their level, which is below the plinth, blocking entire subnets ....

Restrict access to the site on the territory of the Russian Federation - yes. If the domain site is hosted by Russian providers - yes, if the provider is foreign (like Godaddy) - no.

RKN does not block domains - IP addresses (ranges, subnets) are blocked.
Purely theoretically - ILV may require changing the DNS zone record for a domain (including 3 levels) so that it does not provide correct resolution to the address and access to the resource, provided that this domain is supported by the Russian operator. But I have a hard time imagining how this can be done technically without violating the standards (unless just deleting the nafig zone, which the operator is unlikely to do). In addition, no one forbids registering matches locally and not contacting DNS for resolution.
