Can Premiere Pro work with audio tracks separately?

Hello, tell me, I have a video recorded and it has a stereo sound, when I load it into Premiere Pro, these two stereo audio tracks lie on one, can I split them to work with each separately? Remove, for example, unnecessary, something that interrupts another on one.
