Can I use the San Francisco font in a paid app?

Hello. Perhaps my question will seem stupid to someone. But I want to understand the following situation for myself: there is a mobile application in which the font is San Francisco; you add this application to the AppStore; the app has an in-app purchase.
Other reasons for the refuse aside, can Apple crash an app because of the San Francisco font?
Or can this San Francisco be used in such commercial projects?

There are font licenses for that. Use SF commercially - no restrictions . And SFSymbols too.
