SSL / TLS IOS 9 incorrect connection how to fix?

Hello.
Faced such a problem. On the WINDOWS SERVER 2012 server, the api available via https / http is spinning. Everything works fine, but when they began to try to establish a connection for IOS 9, it throws an error "An SSL error has occurred and ....". Perhaps someone faced such a problem.
