Can I use a monitor profile in Photoshop?

I have a monitor profile in my Windows settings ( prntscr.com/gddi3n) , and in Photoshop sRGB IEC61966-2.1. But I noticed when I open photos in Photoshop, they seem to become lighter, lose contrast a little. And if you put the monitor profile in Photoshop, then there is no difference. From here the question is, is it possible to use a monitor profile? Will this affect the colors when saving?

Internet Standard RGB (sRGB), a profile with this name should always be selected in photoshop. As for the monitor, ideally you need calibration, otherwise use a standard profile or from the same adobe.
