The other day I was picking up a laptop, I needed a device with certain characteristics (I needed a laptop with an NVIDIA video card with support for CUDA compute capability of at least version 3.5). The sales assistant in one of the stores could not give any reasonable comments, and did not even seem to be aware of such characteristics. As a result, I bought one of the laptops, but when I got home I found that it did not support the version of compute capability I needed. In this case, can I return the laptop back to the store within 2 weeks? It is doubtful that laptops seem to be on the list of non-returnable goods, but at the same time the seller could not inform me about the non-compliance of the computer with my requirements, which I asked about.
