Laptop video card artifacts?

I have a laptop HP Pavilion dv6-3174er (XD551EA) which is already 4 years old.
Artifacts appeared during the operation of the integrated video card ATI HD 4250: red stripes on a black background (in the same places), color distortion (white in the conductor is almost blue).
When switching to a discrete ATI HD 5650 - the image is correct.

I also had it, only on the desktop. I opened the system unit, pulled out the video card, cleaned it of dust, inserted it again - the artifacts seemed to have disappeared. Six months later, the situation repeated itself. Did the same cleaning operation again. It helped, but not for long. A month later, the computer did not start. I had to change the video card.

I had a laptop in 2012 HP PG6 with HD 6470 had the same problem. Then in general the videoadapter refused. Gave money under warranty. That's it.
