Can I return my MacBook to the store?

I want to buy a MacBook for my wife, but neither I nor she have used it before and it’s not a fact that I will like it. However, there is a desire to try.
On the websites of stores, there seems to be a return policy, but rather vague wording ..
Can anyone share their experience? Is it possible to use, say, a month, and then return it as "did not like it"?
Stores - such as Eldorado, Yulmart, etc.
What are the opt-out options?

this is a technically complex device, it will not work to return it. zadolbaytes, nerves burn.
if you want to have a return option - buy on the official Apple website. then you can return it without giving reasons within 14 days from the date of purchase,
though the official Apple online store is far from the cheapest place to buy a MacBook. but you will return it without questions and problems. in which case.
if two weeks is not enough, then without losing money, the only option that comes to mind is to buy a two-three year old MacBook in good condition. if that it can be sold for the same money. but that is second-hand, with all the lottery resulting from this fact

There are only three grounds for the return of goods in the legislation: the seller's failure to provide all the necessary information about the product (Article 495 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 12 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law); sale of goods of inadequate quality (Article 503 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 18 of the Law on Consumer Rights Protection) and sale of high-quality goods that did not fit the buyer in shape, size, style, color, size or configuration (Article 502 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 25 of the Consumer Protection Act).

Therefore, you can return the goods within 14 days, but only if the seller does not have a similar product of good quality. And you can just try it right in the store or with friends.
UPD: comrade Zr suggests that, according to government decree of January 19, 1998 No. 55. P. 11 , it is impossible to return a computer of proper quality at all. So it goes.

Actually, they answered in the chat at Yulmart:
I think everyone else might have the same answer.
Thanks Denis Fedorets , I was afraid of something like this.

You may be surprised, but in large cities there is still a rental of household appliances. And all sorts of PCs, including Macbooks, too. I don't know where you're from, so google "${your_city} rent OR rent a macbook".

Well, write to them and ask for clarification.

I have the impression (completely unrepresentative) that a number of stores are very favorable to the exchange of serviceable equipment (especially with a surcharge, that is, for a more expensive product) for a couple of weeks. But to the return of money, unless it was advertised - hardly.
True, you can come and brazenly declare that the PC is faulty and in such a way that it is not possible to demonstrate this clearly and now (well, for example, it overheats from prolonged work), hoping that they will not argue with you. But, you see, it's dishonorable.

If we are talking about Russia, then any. “We don’t want to” is a good enough reason to refuse. They have no such obligation.
