Can I network with routers with separate internets?

Rescue comrades.
There are 2 offices in each with 2 computers.
in both offices, 2 computers are connected to routers that are stripped of the Internet.
it is necessary to make a local network for file access between these 4 computers but leave separate access to the Internet.

  • option times:
    disable dhcp in routers, set all computers to static, different subnets
    room 22:: k1, k2, p1: 192.168.22.x
    room 23:: k3, k4, p2: 192.168.23.x
    combine routers with a cord.
    on each computer in the tcp / ip settings, add a second ip with addresses, say 192.168.70.1 (for k1) 192.168.70.3 (for k3), etc.
    disable dhcp in routers. We prescribe the first router ip 192.168.1.201, the second router 192.168.1.202. On computers, we prescribe ip as static and specify the desired gateway. And we connect the routers with a wire

To register a static route on each computer. Like, go to the addresses 192.168.1.0/24 (or whatever you have there). The rest will be by default, and by default, as I understand it, you have an Internet.
