Can I move a copy of an Exchange database in a DAG to a different drive?

Lord, welcome.
There is a question on MS Exchange. I have a DAG (MBX01, MBX02) deployed on three bases and I have an idea to move a copy of one base to another disk. For example, so that the DB01 database on the MBX01 server lies along the path D:\MailboxDB\DB01, and on MBX02 - E:\MailboxDB\DB01.
Can this be done? I read the technet, it seems that the EdbFilePath parameter is set to one for both copies.
I only have an idea to mount the disk on the second server to a folder on the D:\ drive, create the same folder on the partner DAG and change the EdbFilePath to it.
Those. MBX01 - the database is located in the D:\DB01\ folder (DB01 is a simple folder on the local disk);
MBX02 - the base is also in the D:\DB01\ folder, but "DB01" is the mount point for the disk.
Such a UNIX-way solution. )

No, drive letters must be the same on all DAG servers. Either drive D:\ or drive E:\.
What prevents you from changing the drive letter in the Disk Management snap-in at the OS level?
