Can I link another country's PayPal to Upwork?

My location on Upwork is Russia.
But now I'm temporarily in Thailand.
Is it possible to link Thai PayPal and does it violate Upwork rules?

No. Upwork to the lantern, what kind of PayPal do you have.
But PayPal may be interested in the origin of money if the amounts are large and regular.
