Can I keep Outlook up and running when I move my Exchange database between sites?

Hello,
In my network, when moving an Exchange database (2010 SP3 RU17) between DAG members (located in different AD sites), Outlook (2010, 2013) is getting an error "The Exchange administrator has made changes, you need to restart Outlook" (The Exchange administrator has made a change that requires you quit and restart Outlook). Cached Exchange Mode is enabled.
I understand that when moving a database across sites, it is impossible to achieve seamless switching of Outlook to another copy of the database, right?
