How to display a list of all domain users in Outlook 2013 as in OWA -> People -> Directory -> All users?

We use Exchange 2013 in a corporate environment. OWA has a feature that allows you to display a list of all users with information about them (information is taken from ActiveDirectory). OWA -> People -> Directory -> All users
I would like to have the same feature in MS Outlook 2013 and earlier versions. How to enable this functionality?
PS: Also, as far as I know, similar functionality is somehow implemented in Kerio Connect Koff.
