1. Install the received certificate into the system, if the CA has not been installed - install it as well (if it has already been exchanged, I think this is done)
2. Configure the outglitch for the certificate (depending on the version, in different ways)
3. Install the recipient's certificate into the system . This is an extremely important point, without it it will not open. In AD, certificates of recipients are pulled up automatically, manually you need to set them manually.
